Status Updates From A User's Guide to Make-Believe

Oooh this is written well. Intriguing premise, easy to read. Can tell it will be something I blitz through.

There have been so many POV shifts this chapter and I'm not keeping track of them very well. There's little indication the POV has changed.

So Lewis has not been mentioned for ages and now I'm wondering whether he was an Imagen plant this whole time. They did observe it was way too much of a coincidence that the two of them would have met.

Finally something is happening! Honestly, I'm surprised I've listed this long.

I can see why I DNFed this when I tried reading the paperback... up until now it's just been a thing happens then another thing happens and we've only just hit a catalyst for things to start moving. Maybe it'll get a bit more thriller-y now.

DNFed this a year ago because I wasn't in the mood, but Kristen Atherton is my current favourite audio book narrator and I'm waiting for another book read by her to be available at the library, so this is for the meantime.
