Status Updates From Normal Sucks

the book is okay its talking about how this little kid has dyslexia and how he thought it was the ned of world just because he said it but then realised everything is going to be okay but then the tone of the book is very boring :(

I found this book on your bookshelves and I thought it was interesting after reading the back of it then the first few pages were interesting so I'm still reading it but I know for a fact I don't feel connected to this book so I think I'ma try to find another one

I did not expect this book to delve into the grim history of the inhumane treatment of neurodivergent folks in the (far-too-recent) past. Hopefully the remaining chapters get into the "live, learn, and thrive" part of the book now that we've handled the author intro and a history of normalcy and neurodivergence.
