Major companies are lying to us to take our money and they want to keep us in the dark about what they are really doing behind the scenes. When going shopping in the grocery store watch out for labels with words on them like Healthy, natural, Superfood/Superfruit, Plant-based, Sustainable, Bioplastic or Bio-Based plastic, Biodegradable, and Degradable.

Making the switch to shop and live your life in a sustainable manner is not easy. I love the way the author Kate Bratskeir points out in the beginning how we can be susceptible to EGS and become overwhelmed, however, if continue to make tiny changes; eventually we will make waves.
