This started off bad but now it’s good

Something dark falls into her cheek, an her hand flies up to it. When her fingers come away from her skin, the tops are vivid red. As one we slowly tilt our heads upward.
I don’t know if the gasp I hear is hers or mine.

THIS IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND 😭

This book is so confusing I don’t get the gray flags and the way people talk is so annoying and hard to understand. Can someone tell me what the grey flags mean 😭

Hopefully gonna finish this book before school Christmas holidays 😭

Decent enough! Took a few times to get into it but had a pretty interesting plot with some good plot twists. Writing was also decent :)
