If Frank did this to manipulate Scott into taking over the company, then he always meant to screw over Sydney as well. So she loses her father figure as well as her husband!

Yeah, she's saying the right things. I don't see how this author can end this book with a happily ever after!

I don't trust the male love interest. She doesn't trust him. All he does is lash out and hurt her. Why should she be with him!?

At least his sister knows the score.

I mean, at least the author knows that he is kind of irredeemable.

There's not much left of this book! I don't see how this can be a good and healthy romance.

He needs therapy!

And he needs to pursue therapy before he pursue her. Though, he should write her that he is pursuing therapy

Like, seriously! This dude is not OK.

I wish I could believe that he could change and be a good partner to her, but he is constantly going to be abusive when he doesn't get his way.

It bums me out because she deserves so much goodness in her life. She has suffered and doesn't deserve his man child ways.
