Both these guys are rather cranky, work-focused dudes who can't/won't let loose. They haven't met yet, but I will be very curious if they have the proper chemistry to bring out the best in each other.

I think one of the things that keeps sticking in my craw is whether this author is one to be handling these themes, like a Black gay man working through toxic heteronormative ideas of masculinity and especially in connection to sexual positions… I like seeing the ideas subverted and addressed as toxic but…but…idk…

I hadn’t even seen the woman walk up. Black , with a fiery red fall that trailed into black at the bottom. Ombré, or whatever they called it. Dressed in a royal blue sheath dress and those nude stilettos that were really only nude for white folks, she was the epitome of sass.
