... when you're only 60 pages in and already need to check the author's backlist to see how many other books they wrote... only to find out there are none 😭😭😭
Might need to savour this one.

Laurent is really reminding me of Regal from the Farseer Trilogy. In that he’s incredibly annoying and obviously bad but keeps sticking around for WAY TOO MUCH page time. Can Malcolm get his head out of his ass and dump him already?

Book is quite enjoyable and funny so far. I’m a little concerned that we’re at this stage of a 400+ page book and MC1 is still not over his ex.
