To end with an epilogue that didn’t really, well, epilogue was annoying. To physically end it with a confused partial sex scene was just a big no no. Pointless in a book about PTSD and somehow diminished the book for me.

Well that was jarring, awkward and generally not well thought out. 😬

They fit together beautifully. Which was… good. Exactly what he’d signed up for, in getting a matched pair. No room or need for him, so no one could get hurt.
I don't think Chase and Shade would agree with you there, LOL.

Jason was obviously fine with the fact that his Companions were matched, but he tended to shy away when they were doing something “couple-y.” He’d said before that he just didn’t want to be a third wheel to them and that they deserved to have some time without him.
That's not that they want, honey :-)))

So this is extremely interesting. A military guy with PTSD is supposed to get a robot companion to help him deal with his issues. BUT he gets a companion who is already paired up with another robot (who is an abuse victim from a previous human owner).
Basically this is a M/M/M story with two robots and a human, but it's so well done. I love it.

I'm VERY curious about that one. I instantly liked the first few pages.

This is extremely strange, as a concept. Vaguely reminds me of the movie Her. Captivating though, i wonder where it'll go and how everything works
