"While playing games all day sounds like a great job, it's not as much fun as you think. If one tester falls through a crack in the world and an LD [Lead Developer] notes the issue as fixed, someone in the QA [Quality Assursnce] department needs to return to that location and possibly spend the next eight hours jumping and running all over the ground geometry to make sure the issue was really fixed."
