Okay, I was enjoying this book pretty much until the tstl philanthropist heiress got herself and her crew captured by terrorists. I mean I just couldn't fathom it. She was out on her expensive yacht picking up eight guys in a dinghy she thought were refugees. Oh no! They had some machine guns and they knocked her out immediately and took over her boat.
