Pre-read: It's a policy of mine to have at least one non-fiction read going at all times alongside my fiction reads. Since I've finished The Unthinkable, I'm picking this one up because I only have six days before it's due to the library. Reading this for a merit badge in the Proper Mountain Women Club!

States that Ohio family farms are dying yet my research shows it thriving with average acreage going from one to over 100 now. Interesting discussion of what is organic: govt does strictly regulate small organic farms selling their wares but not so much on larger scale. “Organic” items in stores? Buyer beware.
