I actually quite enjoy how it deals with the stresses and anxiety of dungeon delving and how it has a physical impact on the MC. It’s something you don’t really see all that often

I have noticed little things, like how Terry says ‘Jesus’ in response to things which obviously doesn’t make sense in world, but the focus on his dysphoria at being different from all the other races and how he struggles to cope with improved senses is quite interesting.

I’m not really a ‘muscle mommy’ guy tbh. I think Laina and her large focus is kinda lost on me here. I’ve still been enjoying the book for what it is though for that matter.
