So I really liked this series. It was fun and a bit different take on gods and men. I'd say if you liked Steven Erikson and his Malazan books you'd get a kick out of these. There were many similarities, but also thee was enough that was different that I only just thought about the similarities as I was writing this. Great world building, and the characters are believable even if a few are stereotyped.
