This was a DNF from like 2 or 3 years ago that I'm giving a 2nd choice because it's short and simple and I forgot why I dnfed it... I now remember, bc boring and one-dimensional and immature. Still gonna read it tho. Help with the brain rot.

I DNF'd another book by this author because of the awful FMC, but wanted to give her another try. I dunno, ya'll. This one seems to be a vapid and obnoxious fluff, as well.

Starting this today.

I have come to accept that this book is just a smutty romance with a sprinkle of plot and no character depth whatsoever. Sigh.
If it hadn't been for the fact that I am so behind in reading, I would have DNF'ed this after the first chapter. Instead, to make the read less miserable, I made a game to see how many pages of notes I can fill with things that annoy me from this book. So far I got 3 c:

All I knew about this book was that it was Fantasy and it had Fae in it. I don't know exactly what I was expecting but definitely not being slapped in the face with SMUT.

I am not fond of the main character, this far. She's a literal big-headed spoiled brat and if things don't go her way, she starts whining and crying.

The writing is terrible & the world building has potential but is very vague atm :(
