Beautifully shows the fulfillment of the Davidic covenant in Christ. I think he misunderstands Baptists contention that if the new covenant community is supposed to be a place where everyone knows the Lord, then believers baptism would follow. He harps upon the fact that functionally, all churches are mixed communities. That misses the point, however.

Didn’t go very deep, only of few pages on the enduring nature of the blessings and curses of the law and its relevance for today. But seemed very confused. Apparently these typify the blessing of the believer and curses on the unbeliever? I will have to read more deeply on this. On the surface it seems wack. I’ll need some warrant for it biblically.

While the covenant of grace is no doubt compatible with scripture, I have yet to see how one covenant with different administrations is impelled by scriptural data. We’re just starting the mosaic covenant next sooooo still early in the game.
