Status Updates From Karışık

SETTING:Blended takes place in a small town in Ohio&California.In the beginning of the book it says "Isabella,I've been offered a job in California" then a few pages later it says "But if you lived in California". These quotes show that the dad is moving to California & some of the story will take place there.Then it says "The distance from Ohio to California". Now,this shows that it also takes place in California.

GENRE: The genre of my book is realistic fiction. It shows real events that can happen in real life, such as the main event that happened which is the divorce. I think realistic fiction is really good for this book because it shows events that really do happen but you get to hear the story from her perspective.

So far this book has been really good! The author is great at showing emotions and detail in her feelings. Isabella's dad just moved away and now Isabella is having a hard time with the big change.

So far this book has been really good, the author is really good at showing the family members emotions and its giving me a good vision in my head. Isabella dad just moved away and now she is getting used to having to move back and forth between her parents and she has not liked it!

I love it! Cant wait to finish it!
