It’s very eye opening and allowing me to see we don’t have to be perfect mamas we just have to be gentle and caring and to realize it’s time to slow down and be in the present stop trying to multi task and be a parent and let it be your main concern and task in life let everything else fall on the back burner and just be present with your kids because you don’t get the time back

Very motivational I’m a full time stay at home mom with two a toddler who is 3 and a one month old and breastfeeding sometimes our mental states get overwhelmed and we are hard on ourselves but this book makes it feel like we aren’t crazy and it’s ok to not be ok and to not like all aspects of motherhood that doesn’t make us bad moms just real moms
