I need to stop picking scary books because then I can’t read them at night 🥲

I don't know what's going on. I think I'm going to have to DNF this one. I'm really sad. I had high hopes for this book. It started off with action, fantasy, and a reason to start a gruesome adventure. It has now become a book about a girl who moons over a stranger, whom she instantly fell in love with. I mean instantly, they've know each other for less than 24 hours and she's already crying over maybe losing him.

I'm a little confused. This started as a fantasy horror novel and at the 50% mark it has all of a sudden turned into an insta-romance novel. I'm not sure how I feel about Greta, who I considered to be the logical twin, turning into a lovey dovey, can't seem to find a brain because so much beauty is in front of her, girl.

Okay I can't read this at night. It's too graphic and creepy. So I'm going to read this during the day and try and read a romance or something fun at night
