Status Updates From Ten Rogues: The Unlikely St...

These ten convicts were amazing. They crossed the Southern Pacific's wildest Ocean in a leaky boat with virtually no navigation equipment to arrive in Chile.

Oh! I've been to Sarah Island and the guide told us of the terrible conditions the convicts lived under, but they were actually WAY worse than what he said. Convicts murdered soldiers just so they could be sent back to Hobart to hang. That was better than living another day at Sarah Island.

Probably the most succinct and digestible description of the founding of Australia and its convict settlement I've ever read. Way better than what I was taught at school.

Need to go back & reread this as it’s interesting but it’s been too long between “reads” … ie I have forgotten it

Too long a gap
I’ll have to go back …
It’s a good story though

Very interesting 🤨 well written not political

Good
Very informative and easy to read
Actually pretty relevant considering what is going on in Australia at the moment ie the referendum!!
