Okay vegan Korean recipe book. Only downside is there are hardly any instructions and all written and then just a picture of the final product. So not very helpful if you don't understand how the author worded things. Mostly easy recipes (barring any issues with having the stocked basics) but nothing out of line in complexity. Overall, nothing special and likely better types of this book out there.

I don’t understand where he’s being “annoying” as some reviews are saying. He sounds like the average millenial/gen x. Veganism is not traditional to a lot of Japanese dishes and the culture values tradition ALOT, especially in food. I didn’t catch anything “begrudging” about his approach as he seemed enthusiastic to temper these very traditional recipes into something vegans can enjoy.
