Animals + storytelling

When an animal has difficulty [emot’l or physical], it’s usually trying to say something about the person’s overall life situation. Each animal has its own reason for incarnating, its own path of learning, but on a soul level they all come to show us something very profound about ourselves. They draw attention to things. As they help us, they also grow/evolve on that level, so it’s a real symbiotic thing.

“Ultimately the willingness to relinquish accepted concepts and respond authentically in the moment led to an increasing ability to navigate through the unknown, to become more fluid and adaptable, to embrace all experiences and emotions as meaningful information.”

“…horses can lead people to secret springs of lost knowledge, and they’re fully capable of carrying the living dead, those lobotomized by the current paradigm, to a hidden realm of emotional and creative vitality, a kingdom that is indeed within us all.”
