Wtf?! Part of me wants to DNF this book. Lack of communication is my least favorite trope. “I’m falling in love with my XYZ but I won’t say anything because I’m scared. So I’m going to push them away in hopes that he’ll read my mind.” The plot of this book feels half baked. She wants a baby but her apartment isn’t even furnished for one, has never said anything in other books, etc.
