I’m almost certain I mistook this series for another one though.

One with more “elves” and better storyline.

And not sure if this is vague memory or the writing is just that obvious..the fmc with her power of command or whatever

As a reread, I barely remembered certain details

Mainly the chocolate mentions, the feathers prank, the tree houses??

I did not however, recall the wolf Thane, the bad guys, and most of the other stuff. (Likely bc it was all stupid shit to read and too unremarkable)

She has a broken arm and can't get off her horse by herself so Killian just tips her off horse and she falls on her back in pain. How are we suppose to like them ???

They are super mean to Shade and I’m starting to get really annoyed at the slow pace of this book. I like the storyline but I’m getting exasperated at Pax’s aloofness compounded with Shade being hot for all of them. The story is not progressing and I’m starting to get bored.

Good so far but I’m not sure where this is going. The whole “it’s ok if she’s with any/all of us” is a bit too weird and kinda gross to me. I’m hoping the author doesn’t go down the let’s be a pack of swingers route. I prefer true love stories where people don’t share.

Totally digging this now. There’s action! There’s a quest! There’s romantic shit! And I can now tell all the guys apart.
