I'll be working through this little interactive journal alongside my normal spiritual/witchcraft books for my meditation sessions, as it coincides with certain dates in the calendar year for the first main section

I am liking the prompts that follow the rituals. It really helps with the deep dive into the self and helps integrate the meaning behind the ritual. I have seen this box of fear ritual before and think it would be interesting to try

I especially like the journal prompt in page49. Its really good advice. If your friend was having the same problem you are, what advice would you give them. Also page 71 - I never thought of drying out herbs used in a bath to burn them later.

I think it’s great the author talks about how it’s better to make your own tools and supplies. I also like how the journal prompts help you to internalize the wheel of the year and how it relates to your life

I love that the journal prompts for Ostara prompt you to reflect on light and dark and the balance in both and prompts in a way to make new witches realize that dark does not equal bad just like light does not equal good

The Imbolc spread involves making a poppet of yourself to burn at the Spring Equinox. I'm not sure how I feel about burning a poppet of myself. Will have to research more.
