"Near of Kin" is pretty lame.
"Speech Sounds" is somehow good. Still disappointed until now

have fnsed 2 essays "Bloodchild" and "the evening and the morning.."
I would not say it's bad but I'm not really impressive like when reading Ted chiang

finished "Amnesty". Again, interesting and well-executed. I liked how the story rationalizes Noah and why she chose to work with the Communities after everything she's been thru. A nice story on the illusion of choice, & how evil humanity can be by any means necessary. I liked the characters here. People with different personalities all flowing in conversation. It's like I was watching something from a movie. 7/10
