The premise allowed for more of a stream of consciousness type writing, which was intriguing at first but started to wear on me after a time. I enjoyed where the author was going, but I got tired of essentially just being inside of a character's head the whole time. There was very little character development other than through the inner monologue. It wore me out and I stopped reading.

This book feels like a big tutorial. Nothing has really happened and I'm nearly halfway through.
