Beth has horrible nightmares from what she has read in her aunts journals. She has now lost her cool due to this and is constantly puking and she has cut her foot open and become stressed about what’s in the basement and refuses to investigate

A 20 something year old woman inherits a house from her aunt. Her mom and aunt never got along. The aunts house is located in the woods and sounds like an old farm house. On the first night there is a rain storm and the power goes out with no way to enter the locked basement to turn the power on

I don't understand how this girl listens to those heavy metal bands but is clueless as to the occultism in her home, and too afraid to go into the basement
