We’re really cooking now with chapter 2

Aspects of the philosophy I get so far:
- no more human exceptionalism
- humans must work with and build community with fellow organisms
-this involves sitting with and taking seriously histories that have both helped and harmed

The intro and early chapter one are like eating a cake but every bite causes a single sounding of a commercial fire alarm. Then the pigeons show up and things smooth put a bit.

Don’t have time for this book even though I’m interested and it’s easy to flow to having been referenced in a paper co-authored by a fave.
