What a definition!I always thought myself to be spiritual but not religious.
The World of Religions-another book from the same author clarifies that all religions lead to the same divine one.So we are all one.

This can be done by a sincere practise of spiritual teachings...Inclusiveness is the way of Life. It means detachment from the small and identification with the whole, and implies purity for oneself and non-defilement of others.
