Part 1 of the book complete. If I had one critique of this series is its pacing, it’s slow for how many perspectives there are! That being said, I’m waiting for the shoe to drop with Evred and Inda, Signi and also Fox, where will these characters end up? Although I have a feeling I won’t get a satisfying resolution.

Bro big update Inds pirates and childhood friends are coming together, Fox is fulfilling prophecy, epic news for Inda world!

I’m so glad the author is discussing disabilities and PTSD from war. This is such a common thing among people who’ve fought, and it’s a complex and emotional resolution since things are never the same after. Heartbreaking really.

Love the reintroduction of everyone and honestly loving the Fox and Nugget plot, I hope it’s common.
