im putting this shit on my utter shit shelf
solely for the lack of fucking editing throughout this book and prob the first book too
but its making my blood boil here

takes right out of the fucking scene and story everytime there’s a misspelled or incorrect use of words

not just that but this is clearly the pov of the mmc
and yet a random ass paragraph in someone elses pov?????? omfg its pissing me off

and now ive about reached my limit for giving a fuck

i dont care about any of these characters or their problems or their relationship

the mcs here were at least
way more iteresting i suppose
darker mmc who doesnt even seem dark now with his povs
and this is already leagues better than whats her face

and i wonder some possible plot twists
like the financial guy could be the traitor too

so i was only slightly into starting this read
i cant even label it as looking forward to it

the first quarter of this was fucking recaps
in diff povs from book one
ugh
amd the fact that we got a little bit more insight to the reasons and the whys, its not nearly enough to justify calling this anything but
mediocre

however
i barely recall book one besides the sugar baby stuff
its so unmemorable otherwise
