This book has a lot of sex in it feels disconnected from the rest of the plot. Like, sometimes books have lots of sex and whether that's your taste, it fits the book. Here it feels kind of like it belongs in another story.

I've upgraded to in love with Phillip.

Bit if a slow beginning. I like Phillip enough but I hope something happens soon. 😗

The first “I love you” was said. I am not feeling it. The characters have known each other for just days. An “I like you a lot” would have been better and more believable.

The fact that Philip isn’t telling Ejoler that Jaxon is his father is fucking stupid and it will only serve to create *~*~drama~*~* in the future. A stupid misunderstanding that could have been easily solved since Philip doesn’t know Ejoler. He can tell him the truth and that’s it.

“His complexion was darker than Philip’s, light brown with hints of bronze and russet.”

Wtf does that mean. Just say he’s brown skinned and move on.

Also I have a feeling this is going to be insta-love AND insta-lust, for good measure.
