Made it to part 6. Eisenman's hypothsis of connections between Acts and the DSS documents are amazing to see.

Eisenman just gave the apostle Paul an elbow jam from the top ropes using the Dead Sea Scrolls. Even if his ideas might not be mainstream I have a greater appreciation for the Dead Sea writers and their quest for purity. Paul made the narrow road wide.

Reached Part V - "The Coming of the Messiah of Aaron and Israel" Eisenmen has some good ideas! I will never see the Apostle Paul in the same light again!

Just read an intresting section on Paul's relationship to the Romans and a hypothesis concerning his actions on being all things to all people.

Reached Part 4 of the long book. It's very interesting and enjoyable so far.

Not sure why we allow Paul and his school of thought tell us about James the Just and Peter. They were at odds.

Finished chapter 1 of this monster. Starting to enjoy Eisenman's views on Stephen, Peter, Paul, and James the Just.

One of the toughest books I have read. I'm hurting dog! Don't ask me if I'm alright!
