I can understand why the dnf rate on this book is in the high 40s. It is really poorly written. Like many of the reviewers have said I just didn't think it was true and thought I'd listen to it anyway but wow so bad.

But maybe it'll go into that so bad it's good territory so we'll see

The premise is interesting, but this so cringey. I was told this series gets better and to hang in there through book 1, I am trying. It is also marked "Sweet & Clean" on Goodreads, unless there are 2 versions.
