I’ve ever been as shocked as I have been reading almost 1/3 of this book. This book is for class, so honestly my job is to assess and find faults with the book. Dawkins makes this so easy for me. This man is the most famous atheist today, an evolutionary biologist and honorary chair holder at Oxford University. But, if I wrote the same way he writes his chapters I would fail out of my masters program.

Look, one "you should go online and watch this specific video" is fine. 2 is OK. But when nearly every chapter has several "Search Google for X" instructions you're just a shit writer and shouldn't be writing non-fiction if you can't get the idea across properly in words.

"Here is a diagram. Don't bother reading it." The why bother putting the labels there in the first place? Seriously, who signed off on this shit?

If ever there was someone whose thoughts on abortion I don't want to hear, it's Richard Dawkins, even without his patently bad faith misrepresentation of moral absolutism. I wish you an extreme stay out of my body,whatever side you're on.

God fucking dammit. Dawkins is the epitome of "this man is very wrong but also very loud."
