Same chapter. So i agree with the author that jobs which requires social skills, high dexterity and unstructured environment and cannot be optimised with large amount of data cannot be replaced. I am a bit more skeptical about creativity and strategy based.

Reading chapter 3 and amazed by how the mobile-first trend grew in China. It is very creative how the Chinese do business. Eg, it is a genius idea that wechat starts mobile payment by allowing users to send a digital red envelope to friends and relatives

Chapter 2 is about China as a copycat. Here the copyrights are not respected, and China companies copy as many as they could. This is a way of learning, since China is long delayed by the Cultural Revolution while US can pass down the knowlged from generation to generation
