Ok, so you CAN’T “do” niksen because it’s just supposed to be “something you slip into” and noticed it happened afterward. And every part of this book is “here’s an example of what doing nothing is or could be…but oh, by the way, that’s not niksen.” Pardon me while I go scream because this book is wordy and gets nowhere.

I found the section about stress to be interesting.

Ok, so…niksen is looked down upon and has tons of rude names attached to people who do nothing? But we should like it? I’m confused.

This book went significantly down hill by the 50% mark and keeps going
