The pronunciation (specifically Chinese pronunciation) is awful. I can barely recognize the names of cities and people. I'm normally somewhat tolerant of these issues, but if you're going to narrate a book that has such a huge part of Chinese history, get someone who can pronounce correctly! Not hard!
