Status Updates From Master of Salt & Bones

This book is a headache. The girl is an unbearable pick me. The guy is cringy.

(Finished — February 14th, 9 PM — the rest of Ch.55, Ch.56–64, & Epilogue) This was the most intrigue-inducing book on my list (no idea what it was actually about), and probably my most highly anticipated. I waited for 5.5 years, and it did NOT disappoint. Excellent story, and it handled the dark, brutal subject matter with a mature and realistic hand, which is why I loved it so much. (Not recommended for everyone.)
