Status Updates From Dog Flowers: A Memoir

Good it’s nice to get a POV of a Native American family. This is outside of a reservation since the author’s mother had left it and moved to Florida. I wonder how much that had to do with the lack of culture that was moved down to the daughters. So far the only thing mentioned was the reservation and a brief moment with a Dream catcher. The saddest part for me is that cultural food was not passed down.
