Can’t wait to see his POV

“Morning,” I mumble, trying to contain the sudden racing of my heart. I turn to sit down, looking for which seats are unoccupied, but before I can claim one, Nix tugs me down to sit on his lap instead.
“Oh, are you a cuddler in the mornings?” I tease.
“I’m lazy, of course I am.” Nix keeps one arm wrapped around me as his other hand sneaks up to steal some of my bacon.

Still staring at the door, I sink back down onto the mattress. Remi shifts in his sleep, pulling me a little closer, which makes Nix give a sleepy noise of confusion and nuzzle against my neck. I feel like melting, like I might dissolve into a puddle right here between them.

Another little tremor of pleasure washes through my body, and I can’t tell if Sawyer caused it or if it was just my own thoughts.
“You’re all going to have to feed me,” I slur. “Carry me around. Because I’m not moving. Ever.”

“So fucking lazy,” Ford mutters, and Nix laughs, his blue eyes sparkling as he gazes up at me.

There’s a challenge in his words, but there’s an invitation too. He makes no move to close the space between us, and I don’t know if the others are following his lead or acting on their own instincts, but none of his brothers step closer either.

Another ripple seems to go through the men at that, as if my words have literally altered the atmosphere somehow. Remi sucks in a breath, and I worry for a second that Sawyer might OD on all the lust gathering in the room. Is that even possible? Can a sin overdose on his chosen vice?
Before I can dwell too long on that question, Ryland’s voice interrupts my thoughts.

I lick my lips nervously, but I keep my chin held high as I answer Ryland. “All of you. I can’t choose. It’s… I want all of you.”

I want to go home. But more than that, I want to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is good in the sins—not because I’m supposed to redeem them but because I genuinely want to see that in them.

Because I’m drawn to them.
Because I need them.
“You.” The word bursts out of me, the most truthful syllable I’ve ever spoken. “I want all of you.”

“Enlighten me then,” I snap. My patience is at an end. Maybe that really is my fatal flaw, my sin, not being able to wait, needing answers and solutions immediately.

Knight and Remi exchange a glance I can’t quite interpret, and Sawyer shakes his head. The tattoos on his skin shift as he braces one hand on the wall beside him, cocking his head as he gazes at me. “Oh, you beautiful little innocent, you still don’t get it, do you?”

My head whips around, and before any of the other guards can touch her, I reach down and scoop her up into my arms.
Then I stride out of the arena, my brothers surrounding me in a tight circle.

One man bends down, about to haul her to her feet, but I grab him by the collar and shove him back. He tenses, looking ready to fight me if we refuse to leave the arena. My fists itch to slam into his damn face, but a low groan from Trinity draws my attention.

“Um, okay.” Trinity’s gaze latches on to me as I return to the table and slide into a seat. “We won’t even know what the challenge is until we show up for today’s match, so let’s hope it has something to do with sex.”
