Status Updates From Swordheart (Swordheart, #1)

I am enjoying this book so much! The inner dialogue of the characters is great and I wasn’t expecting it to be so funny.

I may just be a hater but why is it that all my fantasy reads lately are just repeating this "or great gods forbid ___" or "old ones ____". Like can we not keep using the reference every few sentences??? I get its an inner monologue but its getting excessive
