is 99% done
…this is the first book in a while that i STRUGGLED to read. i honestly thought about DNF’ing this book MULTIPLE times and i find it a miracle that i finished it.
i pushed myself to continue (idek why) and it was not enjoyable and i love second chance romance. this, however, was not good. at all. and i’m honestly upset i wasted my time with this but whatever ig. i did skim a lot especially in the last 25%.

*sigh* this book is 100 pages longer than i thought it was, and i’m not vibing with the characters much; so, the story feels like it’s draggingggg. and i hate that.
like i wanted declan and aela to get together bc i love second chance romance, but i just think this one isn’t the best.
he made her a side piece AND treated her like dirt as teens, and his dad is a raging asshole… i’m irritated
