Status Updates From Rooftoppers

Picked this up too late tonight to read a productive amount, but the little bits I do read really are taking me back to my childhood. Memory is such a beautiful thing, it’s almost like I’m experiencing Sophie’s with her.

I’ve missed this book so much. It all feels so short, as I’m nearly a quarter through in under an hour, but also the journey has only just begun. I can’t wait to breeze through this— some light reading to cushion (and bridge the gap between) the conclusion of Homer’s Odyssey and the start of a sprawling year of literature to come. Such a sweet book, a pinnacle of my childhood and early adolescence.

Good
