They don't even enter the house until 250 pages in! Then once they do the whole thing is just long descriptions of the rooms. I'm dropping off to sleep whilst reading retail listings here.
Not to mention the typos. The whole things full of them. Couldn't the publisher spring for a proofreader? I'm guessing what he's trying to say half the time.

God this is badly written.
The author is so desperate for you to know that the MC is 'special'. You couldn't get more not-like-other-girls if you tried. Constantly talking about her wearing converse and band shirts and being edgy. We get it.
The dialogue is so unrealistic I want to scream. The brother says her nickname every sentence for the 1st 10 chapters. Ridiculous.
