Status Updates From Flight of the Wren

This book is an interesting exercise for me. Normally, I consume books that engage me as quickly as possible. This book has forced me to slow down. I’m content to read one or two chapters a week while still enjoying the journey

This book is fascinating. The ancient lore and native cultures of Scandinavia is lovely and thoughtfully told. It is VERY slow and I find myself reading a chapter and walking away for a few days to engage in something a bit quicker and then return.
