Status Updates From La tenda rossa (Finzioni)

this book came to me through the high recommendation of someone i follow on Instagram. i can see why she thought this book was powerful, but it’s not meeting my expectations. a great example of how a book can be life changing for one person yet fall short for another. i’m flying through it because the writing is good, but i didn’t realize there would be so much worship of false gods and a lot of sexual details.

Wow. Just wow. This book makes stories of women I will never know but think about often come alive. Stories that are so many women’s realities. Written in a raw light.
