Finally did 100-102 today at home alone, omGGG. 99 I heard earlier and his tiny "oh god" had me in its grips, paused catching up w/R. kicking my feet the last few days, THEN 100 hit me w/ the humor LOLed by myself sooo fun. 101 FUCKK I was riveted in angst. resigned to being killed CRIES, but also MOISTURIZE ME had me LOLing omg. 102 Elias v Jon & "dont speak french" HIT ME. so nice to be audible while listening :)

On chapter 93 out of 102.
Season 3 consists of episodes 81-102 (22 episodes in total).

MAG100, in addition to being funny, is super clever in showing how there IS an archivist magic and jon (and gertrude before him) quite literally pulls the words out of the subjects, without stating it outright. it was also clear from the sound direction (the little static noises when jon gets to the crux of the story, like a surgeon hitting bone). this podcast is SO good at utilizing all aspects of its medium

it makes sense that "North America [would be] the focal point for the Buried" because i am scared to death of the Buried and also of North America
