About to through this out of date shit in the trash. Are we supposed to be confident? Or are we supposed to pander to men who are no better than neanderthals?

I thought I'd enjoy this book, but now the writer is talking about her beauty regime. She's coming across as the type of woman I never wanted to be, the type that always eats light, worries about her skin and aging, etc. I thought the idea was to get away from that. If you feel good when you go so far, power to you, but it's too much for a girl like me.
