How does Iduna know the name of the wind spirit as Gale when it wasn’t until 20 years after she died that Gale was called Gale by Olaf, for the first time???

I’ve wanted to read this since I stayed wide awake reading “forest of shadows” before the frozen two movie came out, this book came to the shops not too long after but I never got it even though I BEGGED for it. I’m so happy to be reading it now it’s like a piece of my childhood.
